  1. GENERAL

1.1 NordicInStyle.com is a website owned by VER&IT AB (may also be referred to as “VERIT”, “Us” or “We”) and is registered as a company in Sweden with company registration number 556985-1206 located at Nygatan 71, 462 32 Vänersborg, Sweden.

1.2 Our VAT number is SE556985120601.

1.3 To contact NordicInStyle.com regarding the information contained in the General Terms and Conditions and other topics related to orders and purchases, please send an email to the address: customercare@nordicinstyle.com.

1.4 Our Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed by the customer (may also be referred to as “you” or “the customer”) on the domain nordicinstyle.com, all sub-domains, such as mobile websites and applications, from the time you place your order until you pay and receive your order. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge your agreement to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Please read and understand these terms and conditions before completing your purchase.

The customer and “Nordic In Style” may also be referred to as the “Parties”.

1.5 “Nordic In Style” reserves the right to change its General Terms and Conditions. The new version will not be retroactive and the Parties will only be bound by the terms and conditions existing on the date the order is executed.

1.6 In our General Terms and Conditions, the following terms apply as described below:

a) “Website” means domain, subdomains belonging to nordicinstyle.com and mobile applications

b) “You” means the customer placing an order

c) “Customer” means the individual placing an order

d) “Business Day” means the day that is not (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a red day in the Customer’s country.

e) “Order” means the purchase of products made by the Customer on the Website

f) “Content” means all text, graphics, videos, images and any other information published on the Website.

g) “Third Party Websites” means any other website that is not considered as nordicinstyle’s domain.

h) “Contract” means the purchase made by you of products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. CONTRACT AND ORDER

2.1 By completing a purchase on the Website, your order is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 In order to enter into a Purchase Contract with us, you must be at least 18 years of age.

2.3 The parties agree that the images of the products shown on the Website have no contractual value.

2.4 nordicinstyle.com reserves the right to refuse your purchase for fundamental reasons such as, for example, that we are unable to process your payment or if an item runs out of stock. If your order is approved and completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

2.5 Our website will show you step-by-step how to place your order and complete your purchase. A summary of your information will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout. We advise you to check all details carefully before completing your purchase as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made afterwards.

2.6 You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided once you have completed your purchase.

A contract between Us and You for Your purchase will be created once Your order has left Our warehouse.

2.7 Products are subject to availability. If a Product runs out of stock from the time You place Your order until it is dispatched to Our warehouse, We have the right to cancel Your purchase of the Product as it is no longer available. If this is the case and it occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund.

2.8 If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will send you information about it to the email address you have provided. Should the payment have already been made and the funds withdrawn, a refund for the full amount will be issued using the same method by which the payment was first made.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1 The prices listed on the Website apply to all purchases made on the Website. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges and other costs that may apply must be clearly shown at checkout before a purchase is completed.

3.2 nordicinstyle.com reserves the right to change and update information without notice, including prices, details and information displayed on the Website, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer legislation.

3.3 If incorrect information has been provided for the product you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department under the terms set out above in paragraph 1.3.

3.4 We offer various payment methods. You can find the different payment options for Sweden in the checkout before completing your purchase. In case of payment by card, the amount is deducted immediately upon purchase.

Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.

3.5 All payments are subject to validation checks and approval by your chosen payment provider. If the payment provider does not approve and refuses your payment, you will be informed by email or at the checkout.

3.6 If the payment provider refuses, or for any reason, does not accept the payment, the order will be cancelled and you will be informed by email or at checkout.

3.7 From time to time, special offers and discounts are offered for selected products on the Website. The conditions for using these offers and discounts will be stated at the time of issue.

3.8 We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and discounts at any time, without prior notice.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping charges will be in addition to the price of your product(s) and will be clearly shown in the total cost at checkout.

4.2 We aim to dispatch your order within one to two working days of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that it may take longer in case of sales, other unexpected events or depending on product availability.

4.3 We will do a pre-check on the card used to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you have purchased will not be dispatched until the funds have been withdrawn and the transaction has been completed.

4.4 You will receive delivery information by email once your order has been dispatched from us with an estimated time for delivery. The estimated delivery time starts from the time you receive your delivery confirmation from us.

4.5 Depending on the country in which you are located, one or more shipping methods are available. The cost of shipping depends on the shipping method you choose. You will find the different options for your country at checkout.

4.6 You must provide accurate and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you have completed your purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to missing information or errors in the delivery address in their order.

4.7 Our carriers will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your package within the promised delivery time. If your order is not delivered within the allotted time frame, we will inform you as soon as possible, if possible, of the reason for the delay and of the new delivery time. If the delivery time has been of significant importance, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

4.8 Our carriers do not deliver during weekends or on red days.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we offer a 30-day grace period.

5.2 Right of return

You have full right of return for 30 days from the day you receive your order. We accept returns on all* goods provided the product is in original condition, unwashed and all tags are still on the product.

Note: We do not accept returns on the following items: make-up, swimwear, underwear or other hygiene products.

nordicinstyle.com is responsible for the return cost within Sweden. Please see our return policy.

5.2 Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance and Home Selling Act (2005:59), you as a consumer (private person) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving your order, either in whole or in part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to notify our customer service in writing, and then return the order within 14 days of contacting us.

5.4 As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by Us, We will issue a refund to you. The return process may take up to two (2) weeks from the date You return Your order to Us.

5.5 Once We have processed Your return, You will receive a refund confirmation to Your email address. You will receive Your refund within two (2) to five (5) working days. We will refund You the amount paid. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when you made your purchase. If You paid by invoice, your payment provider will contact You to obtain details to issue your refund.

5.6. FAIR USE POLICY

nordicinstyle.com strives to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. We are constantly implementing measures to reduce our environmental impact, e.g. through carbon-neutral deliveries and returns or sustainable collections.

We pride ourselves on offering you superior customer service – but at the same time take violations and abuse of our free returns policy very seriously.

When we deem it appropriate and necessary, we will investigate unusual patterns of return activity and implement the necessary measures at our disposal. If there is a reasonable suspicion that you have systematically abused our free returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse your future orders or, temporarily or permanently, deactivate your customer accounts.

Please contact our customer service if your customer account has been deactivated and you believe we have made a mistake. The above provisions do not prevent you from returning/claiming items that you have already purchased.

6. GIFT CARDS

6.1. Payment and delivery.

6.1.1. Payment method. nordicinstyle.com GIft Cards can only be purchased on the Site with credit/debit cards.

6.1.2. Min & max value. Each purcahse of nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of 150 EUR. The minimum value for nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards is 10 EUR. You cannot increase the balance of your Gift Card once purchased.

6.1.3. Delivery. nordicinstyle.com Gift Card will be delivered to the email address you specified at the checkout.

6.2 Redemption.

6.2.1 Validity. nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards are valid for a period of 48 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the nordicinstyle.com Gift Card will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Please contact our Customer Service should you need a new Gift Card in another currency.

nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards can be redeemed in combination with a discount code.

nordicinstyle.com GIft Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zeo. If the balance of a Gift Card reaches zero, the nordicinstyle.com Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.

6.2.2. Not redeemable for cash. nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards are not legal tenders, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your nordicinstyle.com Gift Card, redeem your Gift Card for cash or receive any portion of the remaining Gift Card value in cash.

6.2.3. Purchases exceeding the remaining Gift Card value. nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards may only be used to make purchases up to the initial nordicinstyle.com Gift Card value or the remaining nordicinstyle.com Gift Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the nordicinstyle.com Gift Card value or the remaining nordicinstyle.com Gift Card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

6.2.4. Lost/stolen Gift Cards. The title and risk of loss for nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards passes upon electronic transmission of the nordicinstyle.com Gift Card by us to you. We shall have no obligation to replace lost or stolen nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards, but you can report lost or stolen Gift Cards by contacting us.

6.3. Returns of products purchased with a nordicinstyle.com Gift Card & refunds of Gift Cards

6.3.1. Returning items purchased with a Gift Card. Products that are purchased solely, or in part, with a nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards may be returned subject to our return’s policy.

6.3.2. Refunds of a nordicinstyle.com Gift Cards. After returning product(s) purchased solely, or in part, with a Gift Card, your Gift Card will be credited.

If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a nordicinstyle.com Gift Card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to your debit/credit card first. The remaining amount will then be credited to your nordicinstyle.com Gift Card.

If the total amount to be refunded is more than originally with a nordicinstyle.com Gift Card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment.

6.3.3 Refund of nordicinstyle.com Gift Card. You have a 30 days return period from the moment your nordicinstyle.com Gift Card is delivered to you to cancel your order of a nordicinstyle.com Gift Card and receive a full refund. Gift Cards that have been used cannot be refunded.

  1. LIMITATION OF OBLIGATIONS AND GUARANTEES

7.1 We make no warranties in relation to our Website or the information, material or content made available. We do not warrant that the Website will be continuously available or that the information on the Website is true, non-misleading or accurate.

7.2 All information and content on the Website should not be construed as nordicinstyle.com giving you advice of any kind.

7.3 You agree that you will not use any of our products for commercial, business or resale purposes. We accept no liability for loss of revenue/profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation.

  1. TRADEMARKS

8.1 The trademarks, names and logos displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of nordicinstyle.com. Prior approval from nordicinstyle.com is required for the use of trademarks, images or videos from the Website. It is therefore strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit or distribute any document coming from the Website, in any way.

9.1 We take all complaints very seriously and and try to resolve disputes that arise as quickly as possible. Customers who wish to make a complaint are kindly requested to contact our customer service team immediately under the terms set out in paragraph 1.2 or through the contact form on the Website – https://www.nordicinstyle.com

  1. COMPLAINT & SELLER’S WARRANTY

11.1 You as a customer have the right to complain about a product within three years. The defect should be reported as soon as it is discovered. Complaining about a product within two months is considered to be within a reasonable time frame. You must be able to prove that the product was purchased from nordicinstyle.com and, if so, please contact our customer service. In case of an accepted complaint nordicinstyle.com will bear all costs including shipping.

Any dispute shall be resolved by either Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

12. INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE

12.1 Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.


For a refund that includes duties, taxes, and tariffs, Nordic in Style can help with your return. Please contact Nordic in Style customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact Borderfree or us within 45 days to resolve the issue.

  1. VALIDITY OF CLAUSES

12.1 If any provision of our General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, jurisdiction or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract.

  1. LAW AND DISPUTE

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

13.2 Contracts entered into through the Website and any dispute arising or relating to judgment shall be governed by Swedish law. An amicable solution (through an ombudsman) shall be considered before any legal remedy. Should this solution fail, Swedish courts shall have a non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these terms. This provision must not deprive European consumers of their national statutory rights.

13.3 In the event of any dispute relating to our Terms and Conditions, we will follow the advice of the General Complaints Board or equivalent authority in the respective country.
